Our teachers receive formal training from FasTrack certified trainers abroad. Teachers also receive additional training and on-going mentoring from a licensed learning specialist from the United States who will be working as a consultant to our school.
The Imperial World School is unique in many ways.
•IWS is committed to hiring experienced teachers of the highest caliber who love children and who are passionately committed to helping them succeed. Classes are small with a maximum 10:1 student teacher ratio to ensure individualized attention for each child.
•In addition to the traditional curriculum, our school offers a range of enrichment programs to increase motivation, curiosity and intellectual rigor at every stage of a child’s intellectual development. These programs, designed by FasTrackids (FTK), are based on extensive research conducted by leading child psychologists, neurologists and learning specialists. Each course is designed to facilitate developmental milestones and to provide a foundation for learning to insure future academic success. Independent research results show that FasTrackids improve twice as fast as their peers enrolled in other schools.
•As part of the FasTrack Program, students are regularly videotaped giving oral presentations of what they have learned in class. These video tapes are sent home, giving parents documented proof of their child’s progress in communication, public speaking, confidence and recollection skills.
•IWS also offers a 3-year FasTrack English Language Program for students age three and up. This innovative program combines an audio-lingual and interactive approach which focuses on speaking, listening, reading and writing. Students typically improve their vocabulary by 100-150 % during the program.
•Our teachers receive formal training from FasTrack certified trainers abroad. •The Imperial World School sees itself as an educational community in which parents are viewed as partners and great value is placed on parent participation and involvement.
