Parent Academy Session 3 offered a powerful conversation on Understanding Preteen Emotional Needs. Led by experts Prashant Shrestha and Chandni Ghimire from VAAV – Developing Socio-Emotional Wellbeing, the session provided meaningful insights into the emotional world of preteens, their growing need for independence, and how adults can support them with empathy and confidence.
