The "Kidspreneurship" Program: Thinking Like an Innovator

We believe it is never too early to start thinking like an innovator. Our unique entrepreneurship program is built on three foundational pillars:

Financial Literacy:

Students learn the fundamentals of economics, from understanding resources and budgeting to the basics of investment. We demystify money management, giving students the tools to make informed financial decisions early in life.

Critical Problem-Solving:

Entrepreneurship at IWS is about finding solutions. Students are challenged to identify "pain points" in their community and design viable products or services to address them.

Resilience and Grit:

In the Kidspreneur mindset, failure is simply "market research." By launching their own mini-ventures, students learn to pivot, adapt, and persevere—qualities that are indispensable in any career path.
To further enrich this program, we invite entrepreneurs and industry leaders from various sectors to share their experiences and entrepreneurial journeys with our students. These interactions inspire students, provide real-world insights, and help them understand how innovative ideas can turn into meaningful ventures.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) & Outdoor Learning: Growth Beyond Boundaries

At Imperial World School, we believe that the most profound leadership lessons are often learned under the open sky. Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is uniquely integrated with a robust Outdoor Learning curriculum that takes students far beyond the comfort of the classroom. Through a series of progressively challenging camping expeditions, high-altitude hiking, and immersive treks across the diverse landscapes of Nepal, our students are pushed to step outside their comfort zones.

These journeys are not mere excursions; they are carefully designed leadership laboratories. Whether it is navigating a trail, setting up a campsite, or managing resources in the wilderness, students face real-world challenges that must be accomplished through strategic team building and collective resilience. By exploring the various regions of Nepal, our learners develop a deep connection to their heritage while mastering the art of decision-making under pressure. These outdoor challenges serve as the ultimate crucible for character—transforming individual potential into a cohesive unit of leaders who understand that true success is found in grit, empathy, and the courage to lead others through the unknown.
