IWS Leopards Shine at the 2nd QKS Inter-School Futsal Competition 2026
The IWS Leopards delivered a memorable performance at the 2nd QKS Inter-School Futsal Competition 2026, with our Senior Boys, Senior Girls, and Junior Boys representing Imperial World School with enthusiasm, determination, and sportsmanship.
Our Senior Boys’ and Senior Girls’ teams made a strong start, successfully advancing from the group stage to the Knockout Stage and securing places among the final four.
Our Junior Boys’ Team also gave their best throughout the group stage. Although they were unable to advance to the knockout rounds, their enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment provided them with valuable experience and an opportunity to grow as young athletes.
The Senior Boys’ Team also fought hard through the tournament and reached the Semi-Finals. Although their journey ended there, their dedication, resilience, and sportsmanship were truly commendable.
The Senior Girls’ Team continued their impressive run by reaching the Final, where they proudly finished as 1st Runner-Up. Their consistent effort, teamwork, and fighting spirit throughout the competition made the entire IWS community proud.
Adding to the celebrations, Maanya Shah was recognized as the Best Girl Goalkeeper of the Tournament. Her excellent performances, quick reactions, confidence, and commitment between the posts contributed significantly to the girls’ successful campaign.
Congratulations to all our IWS Leopards for representing the school with pride and passion. Every match brought new lessons, valuable experiences, and opportunities to grow.
The results may differ, but every Leopard who stepped onto the court made us proud.
