My experience in it was very educational, and thoughtful. I learned many things while creating what can go through our brains. I have learned something by creating a mental health artwork from my artwork a lot of things go in our brains for example social media, harsh words, stress, fogginess, food, family, friends, relationships, an empty mind, and pressure.
My work has a person describing what goes through our brains or minds and so sometimes we need to take a break, stop overthinking, and try to have a more peaceful mindset. So how do we stop having a lot of these or overthinking there many ways to stop it but how? IF even though a person is always smiling and looking very happy are they delighted on the inside? Maybe they’re trying to stop all of this so do you want this forever or try to stop it? So now my answer is how do we stop it? Go for a hike, walk in nature, draw what you love, read books that improve your mental health or you love, exercise, drink water meditate, or many more ways.
