    • Conceptual Exhibits: Preparing weather-resistant models for the Pythagoras theorem, probability spinners, and algebraic balance scales.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Year-Long Plan that ensures all learning objectives of the Nepal National Curriculum and international frameworks (IMYC) are met systematically.
  • Curriculum Alignment: Lead horizontal alignment to ensure consistency across grade-level sections and vertical alignment to provide a seamless transition of mathematical skills from elementary through secondary school.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and meaningful feedback to support student growth and raise attainment standards.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize technologically equipped classrooms and digital tools (e.g., graphing software, simulations, multimedia) to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for a tech-driven world.

Student Support & Classroom Culture

  • Inclusive Environment: Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, curiosity, and a growth mindset among diverse learners.
  • Holistic Development: Act as a mentor to students, supporting their social-emotional well-being and participating in the school’s pastoral care systems.
  • Extracurricular Engagement: Contribute to the school’s flagship events and activities, such as Math Olympiads, Science Fairs, and inter-school competitions.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics or Mathematics Education from a recognized and accredited university.
